Verizon is hoping to boost enrollment in its Equipment Protection plans with a new offer to fix one of the most common smartphone ailments – the infamous cracked screen – in less than a day.

According to the carrier, more than 60 percent of Verizon customers across 34 states are eligible for same-day repairs of some of the most popular smartphone models with the protection plan. That includes nearly every recent iPhone (from the 5s, 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus and SE), Samsung’s S5, S6, S7, Note 4, and Note 5, and Motorola’s Droid Turbo and Droid Maxx.

The carrier said cracked screens can be repaired as soon as the same day via either a technician coming to the customer’s house or by the customer taking the device into one of 220+ repair locations. The repair will run customers $79 with the plan, compared to up to $700 or more without insurance.

Customers will now also get up to three insurance claims on the plan per year, up from two previously, and can cover up to three lines on the same protection plan account. Additionally, consumers seeking a replacement phone or tablet will be able to get one as soon as the next day.

Verizon’s Total Mobile Protection plan costs $11 per month for a smartphone and $9 per month for a basic phone or tablet. Open enrollment is running now through April 9, the carrier said.
