Voxox, a cloud-based rich communication service for consumers and businesses, today announced the availability of Cloud Phone for operators and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) looking to white label or co-brand services in order to address demand from small business users. Cloud Phone is a virtual PBX service that provides "micro-businesses" (one to 10 employees) with a dedicated toll free or local business telephone number that can be forwarded to a user's existing phone, including mobile and landline phones. The dedicated number supports multiple employee extensions per account, call routing, and transcribed voicemail-to-email delivery, all managed within a Web-based user interface.
Airbiquity, a provider of connected car technology and service delivery, announced the establishment of a multi-year agreement with AT&T. Under the terms of the agreement AT&T will utilize Airbiquity’s Choreo cloud-based services delivery platform to enable selected aftermarket connected car program end user registration and device management.
At Mobile World Congress, Amdocs, a provider of customer experience solutions, announced enhancements to its recently announced Mobile Financial Services (MFS) solution that enables secure and accessible financial services. Among the solution’s new capabilities is the ability for consumers to make ‒ and online merchants to accept ‒ payment from mobile wallet accounts over the Web. The enhanced solution will also help MFS providers, such as mobile network operators, banks and other financial institutions to attract new customer segments and improve agent efficiency to deliver a better customer experience.
Vlocity, an Industry Cloud software company delivering multiple industry-specific applications on the Salesforce Platform, announced at Mobile World Congress that it has been selected by Italian pay TV provider Sky Italia to update its customer service experience through self-service and contact center channels and to improve its operational efficiency.
