We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Contract Administration Project Manager to join our Collocation team in Woburn, MA.
The National Account Project Manager is responsible for ensuring contractual compliance with national customer agreements and to serve as a liaison among the National Account Vice President, the Collocation department, the Land Management department and the Legal Operations department. The incumbent will also be responsible for creating reports and providing information to the customer, the National Account Vice President and other functional groups. In addition, the National Account Project Manager will be responsible for working with the Project Management team on customer projects to drive collocation applications through collocation and ancillary processes in order to effectuate excellent customer service, quality deliverables and best in class cycle times.
Education and Experience:
* Licensed attorney for at least two years in any jurisdiction
* 2 or more years or experience in telecom or commercial real estate strongly preferred
