T-Mobile announced its sixth expansion of Binge On. New partners include Azubu, Dailymotion Games, Eyegroove, PBS, PBS KIDS and more. The service now has nearly 90 video provider partners, including YouTube, Netflix and HBO.

Siemens and Federated Wireless, Inc., a subsidiary of Allied Minds (LSE: ALM), have signed a partner agreement to provide spectrum access and management to current and future Siemens customers in the 3.55 – 3.7 GHz Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) frequency band. Siemens, which supplies wireless broadband solutions for harsh environment applications, provides its WiMAX radio equipment in this, as well as other, bands.

As part of this agreement, Federated Wireless and Siemens will also jointly develop shared spectrum solutions for the 3.55 - 3.7 GHz CBRS frequency band.

The partnership will make Siemens one of the first companies to use a Spectrum Access System (SAS) and Environmental Sensing Capability (ESC).  Federated Wireless’ SAS and ESC are currently being reviewed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for commercial approval.

Nokia has launched its Intelligent Management Platform for All Connected Things (IMPACT), which gives operators, enterprises and governments a secure platform on which to scale new IoT services. IMPACT handles data collection, event processing, device management, data contextualization, data analytics, end-to-end security and applications enablement for any device, any protocol and across any application.

The new platform provides lifecycle management for more than 80,000 models of broadband, home and IoT devices.

Shipments of Apple’s iPhone are expected to drop for the first time ever this year, a new report from Nikkei Asian Review said. According to the report, iPhone shipments could dip as much as 8.6 percent from 2015 figures to just 210 million to 220 million. Nikkei said the drop will come courtesy of “lukewarm demand” and a lack of significant innovation in the devices.
