The market for real-time smart jewelry, 3-D garment simulation and center of gravity-detecting insoles still has some maturing to do. But wearable tech of all forms is coming, as evidenced by the enormous volumes of wild, innovative and fashionable (?) stuff on display at CES 2014. Don't worry, there were still plenty of smartwatches, too.
