Mobile learning allows learners to participate in learning experiences through mobile devices (such as iPhones or other smart phones). Unfortunately too much mobile learning is just static content pushed to a phone. Richard Culatta talks about some considerations to keep in mind when designing mobile learning to leverage the social affordances of mLearning.
