AT&T Alerts uses geo-location technology and consumer preferences to deliver offers and rewards, without having to download an application.
De la Vega: Record Q4 Device Sales

Speaking this morning at the UBS Investor conference, De la Vega said AT&T is headed for record fourth quarter smartphone sales.
