Apple's iOS Accounts for 28% of Online Traffic on Black Friday

What would a Black Friday report be if it didn't compare iOS and Android? According to IBM's Black Friday Benchmark report, Apple iOS traffic reached 28.2 percent of all online traffic, compared to 11.4 percent for Android, and iOS sales reached 18.1 percent of all online sales, compared to 3.5 percent for Android.

Millennial Gets FTC Approval for $224M Jumptap Acquisition

Mobile advertising firm Millennial Media says it has recieved regulatory approval of its acquistion of Jumptap from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. Millennial described the review of the deal by the FTC as "quick and orderly" and the companies are now confident the transaction will be completed.
