GIV Mobile announced new plans using T-Mobile's 4G LTE network: $29/month Unlimited Everything - talk, text, MMS, International text and web (unlimited 2G speeds); $35/month Unlimited Everything - talk, text, MMS, International text and web (first 500 MB up to 4G LTE speeds); $45/month Unlimited Everything- talk, text, MMS, International text and web (first 2GB up to 4G LTE speeds); $65/month Unlimited Everything- talk, text, MMS, International text and web (first 4GB up to 4G LTE speeds).

Gogo, a global aero communications service provider, today announced that it has received a supplemental type certificate (STC) from the FAA to install its Gogo Vision wireless in-flight entertainment product on commercial aircraft with or without Gogo's connectivity service.

Swiss u‑blox, a provider of wireless and positioning semiconductors and modules for the automotive, industrial and consumer markets, has acquired the company Antcor, a developer of Wi-Fi baseband intellectual property (IP). The acquisition consists of a purchase of 100% of the shares of Antcor Advanced Network Technologies S.A. at a price of EUR 5.2 million (CHF 6.3 million), excluding an earn-out which offers the sellers the possibility to participate in certain future revenues of the company.

O2 Secure Wireless, Inc., a developer of domestic and international hi-speed wireless Internet facilities, Mobile Internet solutions and the OTOW Network, announced that it has joined forces with LOOKHU to develop and provide Mobile Content for distribution producing various revenue streams from multiple sources for OTOW.
