Empirix acquired real-time analytics solution company Verios Software & Systems to create a service operation center management (SOC) solution that will analyze and troubleshoot wireless network customer experience from their end-user devices to the core network in real time.

Syniverse and TELUS are optimizing the mobile experience to deliver more peace of mind to customers that make credit card purchases while traveling. Powered by the Syniverse Mobile Intelligence Portal and MasterCard, the technology provides enhanced security and helps TELUS customers make purchases with confidence while traveling.

BATS Wireless, a provider of wireless stabilization, optimization, and tracking systems today announced that its ruggedized, self-optimizing, wireless nodes were used in the deployed and tested link for PETRONAS' phase one Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) communications network off the coast of Malaysia, in the South China Sea.

Broadcom Corporation announced it will pay its next quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share to holders of the Company's common stock.
