Neonode Inc., the optical touch technology company, today announced it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement with an institutional investor in a private placement of common stock for $10 million in gross proceeds. Under the Purchase Agreement, Neonode will issue 2.5 million shares of common stock at a price of $4.00 per share.

SkyWave Mobile Communications, a global provider of wireless data communications for the Machine-to-Machine (M2M) market, announced Global Satellite Engineering (GSE) now integrates SkyWave’s IsatData Pro satellite service, Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) application, and Garmin-based dispatch within its fleet management solution. This makes GSE’s GSatTrack.com an end-to-end solution for fleet management service providers and their customers.

Savision, a provider of visualization solutions for Microsoft System Center, announces the upcoming release of Unity, Live Maps’ new solution designed to maximize business service availability, optimize service delivery and minimize downtime. Unity, an edition of Savision’s flagship product Live Maps, is an end-to-end service health monitoring solution that integrates with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Service Manager.

Scandit, developer of a software-based barcode scanning and data capture platform for smartphones, tablets and wearable computing devices, has launched the new, fourth version of its Barcode Scanner SDK,  Version 4.0, for the Android platform.
