AT&T is selling the S5 for $200 on-contract or for $25 (18 months) or $32.50 (12 months) per month on its Next program. To mark the occasion the carrier is promising $50 discounts for either the Galaxy Gear 2 or Gear 2 Neo smartwatches.

Verizon is also offering the S5 for $200 on-contract but it’s promising a second S5 (or HTC One M8 or Samsung ATIV SE) for free. Verizon is also selling the S5 on its Edge program for $25.22 per month. The carrier is showing the S5 is on back-order right now and promising new orders will ship by April 14.

Sprint has the S5 going for $200 on-contract and for zero down and $27.09 per month. Along with that the carrier is touting its current offer of $650 for ETFs and in device credit for customers who jump on a Framily plan with a device installment plan.

That $650 ETF/device credit deal exactly matches the offer T-Mobile is still extending to switchers. Besides that offer, T-Mobile is selling the S5 for zero down and $27.50 per month.

U.S. Cellular, beside the standard offer of $200 on-contract, is also selling the S5 for zero down and $27.50 per month.

Besides the carrier deals, it looks like Samsung is willing to toss in some extras for S5 buyers. Bloomberg reports the OEM is offering up to $600 in bonuses including PayPal vouchers—to use with the S5’s fingerprint scanner—as well free apps and a LinkedIn premium account.
