eConais Inc., a provider of low power miniature Wi-Fi module solutions for the Internet of Things, has announced a small, low standby power single chip 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi System In Package (SiP) modules for the Internet of Things.

Syniverse announced a new multi-year agreement with Tencent – one of China’s largest integrated Internet portals with messaging, entertainment, lifestyle and shopping apps and games – to authenticate global end users of Tencent’s WeChat app via Syniverse’s Enterprise Messaging Service.

Ecrio announces the general availability of its FlexIMS-based VoLTE, Video Calling and RCS client software with the ability to allow individual services to be distributed between modem processors and application processors.

PEG Bandwidth LLC, a provider of customized cell site backhaul and wireless infrastructure solutions in the United States, is expanding its service to 4G LTE operators in less populated and rural areas with the help of Alcatel-Lucent's portfolio of IP/MPLS Mobile Backhaul solutions.
