Electronic Systems Technology, Inc., dba ESTeem Wireless Modems, has been granted type acceptance by the Federal Communications Commission in the U.S. and in Canada on their newest, licensed narrow band wireless modem.

TechNavio's analysts forecast the Global LTE Infrastructure market to grow at a CAGR of 15.98 percent over the period 2014-2018. One of the key factors contributing to this market growth is the inexorable demand for mobile broadband. The Global LTE Infrastructure market has also been witnessing the deployments in re-farmed spectrum. However, the spectrum fragmentation could pose a challenge to the growth of this market.

Elephant Talk Communications Corp., an international provider of mobile proprietary Software Defined Network Architecture platforms and a provider of cyber security solutions to counter electronic fraud in the cloud, announced today it has received a non-compliance notice from the NYSE MKT. The Company received the notice in connection with the resignation of Charles Levine from the Company's Board of Directors on December 18, 2013 and non-reelection of Phil Hickman to the Board at the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders on December 18, 2013. As a result, a majority of the directors on the Board are not independent as required under Section 802(a) of the NYSE MKT Company Guide.
