The Board of Directors of Clearwire today issued an open letter to stockholders in connection with its proposed transaction with Sprint recommending that stockholders vote ‘FOR’ the proposed transaction. The letter highlights the favorable recommendations of leading proxy advisory services and conveys compelling reasons why this transaction is the best strategic alternative for shareholders.

Lindsey Software Systems announced today the release of their new Mobile Work Orders Application for the iPad® in the Apple App Store.  Mobile Work Orders, Lindsey Software's third app for Apple® devices, is a paperless alternative for public housing authorities and will be available for use in June 2013. 

Inside Secure today announced that its SafeZone encryption toolkit, a key sub-component of the company’s embedded security software products, has received Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140-2 certification from the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The certification expands the company’s portfolio of FIPS-certified hardware security modules and secure microcontrollers to include software offerings for securing data in transit over SSL/DTLS  and IPSEC, as well as data at rest on Android devices. 

Procera Networks today announced it has secured an initial order from a tier one cable multi-system operator (MSO) in the Asia Pacific region that includes multiple PacketLogic 8920 systems to replace an existing Deep Packet Inspection vendor in its network. Procera's PL8920 delivers Intelligent Policy Enforcement at speeds up to 50 Gbps, with the largest traffic signature database available enabling granular visibility and analytics for network optimization and revenue generating service creation.
