As promised, CTIA continues to announce partnerships in conjunction with its 2014 "Super Mobility Week." The Wireless Association today announced partnerships with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 2014 “Design and Construction Week” (DCW) and Parks Associates for its new show, which debuts September 9, 10 & 11 at the Las Vegas Sands Expo & Convention Center.

NAHB and Parks Associates will focus on how wireless technology is being used to connect homes, providing homeowners with the convenience and cost-savings of “smarter” homes.

NAHB’s 2014 DCW aims to promote innovation in home building, design and construction, while CTIA promotes technological creativity and innovation in wireless and mobility.

As part of the partnership, CTIA and NAHB will co-market events, share thought leadership content and programming at each other’s respective events.

In a press release, CTIA said Parks Associates will co-locate an executive event focused on the emerging technologies, marketing strategies and business models for the connected home and mobile industries.

According to Parks Associates, 2013 U.S. revenues for IP-connected home service bundles, including control, automation and security monitoring services, will reach $780 million and by 2016, revenues will exceed $3.2 billion.
