U.S. operator C Spire Wireless is deploying Tekelec’s Diameter Signaling Router to deliver personalized services on its LTE network.

Microchip Technology Inc., a provider of microcontroller, mixed-signal, analog and Flash-IP solutions, today announced an expansion of its SPI Flash memory portfolio, with the introduction of the SST25PF020B, SST25PF040B and SST25PF080B devices. The SST25PF020B, SST25PF040B and SST25PF080B offer 2, 4 and 8 Mbit of memory and are manufactured with Microchip’s high-performance SuperFlash technology, a split-gate, NOR Flash design with thick-oxide tunneling injector.

Netgear, Inc., a global networking company announced it is providing the Netgear MBR1516 Mobile Broadband Router (4G LTE Turbo Hub) to Bell Mobility, operator of Canada's largest 4G LTE network.

Qualcomm Incorporated today announced that a United States District Judge has ordered Gabriel Technologies Incorporated to pay more than $12.4 million in attorneys' fees for pursuing objectively baseless claims against Qualcomm in bad faith.
