Zoove today announced its StarStar Me service is available to T-Mobile USA customers nationwide. StarStar Me provides customers a personalized mobile phone number such as a name or favorite word and the ability to manage incoming calls through the StarStar Me app.

Sprint today announced the Kyocera Torque, a Mil-Spec 810G touchscreen smartphone. Torque is a rugged Android 4G LTE smartphone featuring Sprint Direct Connect push-to-talk service and Kyocera’s Smart Sonic Receiver audio technology. The technology eliminates the need for a traditional speaker in a handset, instead using vibrations to transmit sounds directly to the eardrum.
Novatel Wireless, Inc., a provider of wireless networking solutions, today announced that its MT 3050 device has received technical approval from Verizon Wireless. The MT 3050 is a mobile tracking OBD-II device which reduces up-front costs for insurance telematics and fleet management applications with plug-and-play installation and small form factor. The new MT 3050 also features integrated disconnect alert supported by an in-device backup battery.
