Applied Signal Technology Inc., a maker of intelligence and surveillance products, said Thursday that it signed a defense and security strategic partnership deal with Harris Corp.
Applied Signal said it will be a subcontractor for Harris Government Communications Systems, and the companies will explore ways they can offer expanded signals-intelligence products to the Department of Defense and intelligence community.
Applied Signal shares fell 7 cents to $20.51 in afternoon trading.
