The WiMax Forum has approved Runcom’s Pico and Base Station product. It completed the WiMax Forum Wave-2 Certification process.

The base station is heavy duty and able to withstand outdoor conditions. It is upgradeable and can go from 2×2 MIMO to 4×4. It can also upgrade to support LTE, multi-frequency band support, and up to 20MHz bandwidth.
