The LTE-capable Samsung Galaxy Note will arrive at AT&T stores beginning Feb. 19 for $299.99 with a two-year agreement, according to a statement.

The Note, previously announced at AT&T's Developer Summit in Las Vegas, emerges as a hybrid smartphone/tablet and comes equipped a stylus for taking notes.

The Galaxy Note comes running Android Gingerbread 2.3 and features a 5.3-inch HD Super AMOLED, 1.4GHz dual-core chip, 16 GB internal memory, 8-megapixel rear camera capable of 1080p video recording and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

The stylus, or S Pen, allows users to sketch drawings, jot down notes or write emails and texts in free-form handwriting. S Memo, a multimedia application designed to capture all forms of user-created content captured by the S Pen, allows for pictures, voice recordings, typed text, handwritten notes or drawings to be combined via a single application, converted to a "memo," and shared as desired.

"This new breed of smartphone helps consumers accomplish more with a single device than ever before," said Jeff Bradley, senior vice president of devices for AT&T mobility and consumer markets. "The unique all-in-one experience can simplify daily life while tapping into AT&T's 4G LTE network to let customers work even faster."

Pre-orders for the Note begin Sunday, Feb. 5.
