AT&T today laid out its plans for near-term Windows Phone 7 (WP7) launches. According to a press release, AT&T will roll out three new WP7 Mango devices and update all existing Windows Phone 7 devices to Mango, Microsoft's latest iteration of its mobile platform.
AT&T promises the three new devices, which include two from Samsung, will be compatible with the carrier's HSPA+ network.
The Samsung Focus S, the successor to the Samsung Focus, which was one of the first WP7 device released on AT&T's network, features a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 1.4 GHz processor, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera and an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, with availability scheduled for "this fall."
The Samsung Focus Flash is the second of the three devices and features a 3.7-inch Super AMOLED screen, 1.4 GHz processor and a 5-megapixel camera plus front-facing camera.
Finally, the HTC TITAN will feature the largest screen in AT&T's smartphone portfolio at 4.7 inches and comes packing a 1.5 GHz processor and an 8-megapixel camera with dual LED flash.
Those existing WP7 devices that will get an upgrade to Mango include the HTC HD7S, HTC Surround, LG Quantum and Samsung Focus.
