Boost Mobile customers can finally get a BlackBerry. A press release from the prepaid carrier today introduces the BlackBerry Curve 8330 on Boost's BlackBerry Monthly Unlimited plan.

"The addition of BlackBerry Curve 8330 to Boost Mobile's broadening line-up of handsets squashes the misconception that 'no contract' cell phones and service are low-end," said Neil Lindsay, chief marketing officer for Sprint's prepaid group, in a statement.

The BlackBerry Curve 8330 for Boost Mobile is currently available at Best Buy, RadioShack and select independent wireless dealer locations for a suggested retail price of $249.99. The BlackBerry Monthly Unlimited plan provides the same nationwide voice and text messaging of the Monthly Unlimited offer, but also includes 3G Web access and unlimited e-mail for $60 per month on the Sprint Network.

The BlackBerry Curve features an HTML Web browser, qwerty keyboard, trackball, 2MP camera with flash, zoom and video. The phone comes equipped with a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, bluetooth, GPS and a 1GB microSD card, which is expandable up to 8GB.

Boost Mobile customers on the BlackBerry Monthly Unlimited plan have access to unlimited Web browsing and up to 10 e-mail accounts, including e-mail accounts accessed through an Internet service such as Gmail, Yahoo! and Hotmail or other IMAP or POP e-mail accounts, as well as accounts that use a Microsoft Exchange server accessed via Microsoft Outlook Web Access.
