MediaFLO USA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qualcomm, is working with CBS Mobile and Victoria's Secret to launch Victoria’s Secret TV, a 24/7 channel that gives viewers an all-access pass to the 2008 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on their mobile phones.

Keynote Systems has expanded its on-demand mobile test and measurement network to include Beijing, China; Chennai, India; Mexico City, Mexico; and Madrid, Spain. Keynote’s global network is comprised of real and simulated devices, user-provided SIMs and wireless modems. This gives the company the ability to get a more accurate view of the performance of mobile content, applications and services.

MapQuest announced the new “My MapQuest” service that lets users save maps and routes and access them anytime from any browser or Internet-enabled mobile device.

• With new operator engagements for its hosted common short code gateway, Interop Technologies said its service through these operators will touch nearly 1 million wireless customers in 14 states by the end of the year. The operators are Cellular One of East Central Illinois, Inland Cellular, Revol, Rural Independent Network Alliance and West Central Wireless. The gateway provides a single point of contact to numerous content aggregators and  supports operators’ businesses with unified billing for SMS and MMS, on- and off-deck content, local premium and voting campaigns.

Zvents, a local search engine and paid listings ad network, has partnered with Verve Wireless to let publishers with mobile, local search deliver advertising that enhances users’ choices and experiences.
