• Openwave Systems announced that Ken Denman, a member of the Board of Directors since April 2004, will become the CEO as of Nov. 12. Denman will continue on the board and was previously CEO of iPass.
• Telit Communications has acquired One RF Technology S.A.S., a privately held French company that designs wireless data transmission solutions for M2M and telemetry applications.
• Tango Networks has joined the Cisco Technology Developer Program as part of the program’s IP Communications solution category. Also, Tango’s Abrazo, version 3.3 has successfully completed interoperability testing with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, version 5.1.
• Atlanta-based inCode has completed its management buyout from Verisign. The management team of inCode will assume full ownership and control.
