INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Wireless device distributor Brightpoint said Monday shareholder NC Telecom Holding A/S is publicly offering 15 million shares of its common stock.
The company filed a preliminary prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the offering. An offering price was not disclosed.
Deutsche Bank Securities is the sole underwriter for the offer and has a 30-day period to exercise its option to buy an additional 2.25 million shares from NC Telecom Holding A/S.
Shares of Brightpoint fell 55 cents, or 9.4 percent, to $5.29 in morning trading.
