Verizon Wireless announced the lowest customer churn rate for the 11th consecutive quarter. For the second quarter, Verizon Wireless announced 1.3% churn rates for total customers and 0.85% for the post-paid customers, compared with up to 2% churn rates for other post-paid customers.
