The research firm predicts mobile IM messaging services will emerge as a "valuable" option to complement SMS, voice and mobile e-mail services, particularly in secure corporate IM platforms, wireless messaging and public IM services, such as current Internet-based MSN Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger and AOL Instant Messenger.
