Mach, a Luxemborg-based roaming specialist, said today it is buying WorldCell’s Roaming Service Bureau for an undisclosed amount.
With the acquisition, Mach will give carriers the ability to have branded data services.
Roaming Service Bureau also brings Mach “hundreds of thousands of subscribers, driven by the growth and popularity of smartphones such as RIM’s Blackberry devices,” the company said.
Among Mach’s competition is Syniverse, which earlier this year acquired Billing Service Group for $290 million.
